What could be better for your child's birthday than an award winning woodland adventure party?
A birthday party with us is not just an amazing experience for children, but is loved by adults too. We take care of everything, so you can relax, chat with guests and enjoy watching your child experience their special day. ​
We have been running birthday parties since 2012, hosting hours of fun and entertainment for your children, reaching the finals in the Little Vikings Awards for 10 years! Our ethos of providing a fun, imaginative and natural experience, where children can play and thrive, along with our love of creating space that allows adults to relax and enjoy nature, shines through in our birthday parties, that are relaxing, intimate and incredibly special.

Parties are available at weekends and midweek during school holidays.
Your party will be held in a private woodland venue, which is yours and yours alone for the full 2 hours. The woodland combines the beauty of nature with the comfort of modern facilities,
including:

A large wooden shelter with a fire area

A rustic café area serving hot drinks

A pizza oven

A toilet with hot running water for hand washing
This unique setting brings the warmth and cosiness of indoors to the great outdoors, making it perfect for celebrations in every season.
The natural woodland is filled with surprises at every turn. Children can explore towering trees, vibrant flowers, and spot woodland creatures. With a little imagination, they may even encounter fairies, elves, leprechauns, or stumble upon a fairy ring.​
Different adventures are tailored to suit a variety of age groups:

Fantasy Adventures (ages 2–7): Enchanting story-led experiences filled with magic and wonder.

Bushcraft Adventures (ages 7–11): Hands-on outdoor activities that spark curiosity and build skills in nature.

Celebrate a birthday surrounded by nature, imagination, and adventure, an unforgettable day for children and families alike.

All parties include: a one hour adventure, toasted marshmallows and hot chocolate, pizzas (if requested) and free play.

Parties last for 90mins but you have use of the site for 2 hours, so you can enjoy opening presents, having food and birthday cake as well as singing happy birthday. Please also feel free to arrive up to half an hour before the party if you need to set anything up.

The minimum cost of a party at our woodland near Stamford Bridge, York is £200 for up to 15 children or £190 if you have booked a party with us before.

For any additional children there will be charge of £6 per child.

The maximum number of children that can attend is 20.

For an additional cost of £3.50 per child, we can provide homemade margarita pizza for the children.

If you would like us to make pizzas for the party please allow the full 2 hours.

We provide drinking water and cups for the party. You are welcome to bring squash if you would like to add this to the water.

We do not provide party bags or invites.
Book early to avoid disappointment!

* The only time that the Woodland Adventure Company would have to rearrange/cancel your party is if there were dangerous weather conditions like gale force winds or lightening or in circumstances beyond their control. If this happened we would either refund you in full or rearrange the party to a mutually suitable date.
Absolutely brilliant!
We had the best time at Woodland Adventure today. Our son and his friends are between 7-9 years and everyone had a blast! The games were loads of fun and the food was lovely.

Hosted a 5th birthday party for us today, highly recommend. Adam was a brilliant host, the site is really well set up, the activities were well thought out and he was great at keeping a bunch of 5yo under control.
